  • Through stainless steel pipes, water is carefully collected from natural sources.
  • Our in-house laboratory, water quality is thoroughly monitored for abnormalities.
  • Removal of chlorines and THMs is done through a daily-monitored activated carbon filtration process.
  • To reduce water hardness, a water softener is used.
  • Unwanted minerals are removed through demineralization process, reverse osmosis or distillation process.
  • The water stored in tanks is also thoroughly monitored on a daily basis.
  • To cater to the consumer taste preferences, selected minerals from Germany are added to the water.
  • Micro-filtration to remove particles as small as 0.2 micros is done to remove potential micro-biological contaminants.
  • On an hourly basis, to provide additional product disinfection, ultra-violet filtration is done.
  • Using a highly reactive form of oxygen, Ozone disinfection is done as the third disinfection step.
  • To ensure bottling is conducted in a microbiologically controlled environment, the filling room is made highly sanitary and monitored continuously.
  • By human inspection and the latest modern equipment, packaging quality assurance is conducted to ensure removal of any defects in packaging.
  • To ensure maximum cleanliness, effectiveness and control automated cleaning of equipment is done.
